• 1 scoop (approx. 20g - 2 tbsp) of Kurai Ceremonial Cacao (Pure or Blend). Note: 3oz bags do not include a scoop.

• 250ml of hot water (never boiling).

The water should never reach a boil. To preserve the cacao’s vital nutrients and theobromine—the "heart-opening" compound—keep the temperature between 70°C and 80°C (158°F – 176°F). This ensures a smooth taste and maximum functional benefits.

1. Heat the water to the recommended temperature (70-80°C / 158-176°F).

3. Pour the water gradually over the cacao.
